I have not read one of Sandy’s books in a bit. I need to go out and get this one.

  2. Hi Debra,
Thanks for dropping by. I hope you enjoy the tale.

Loved this post! I’ll admit that the Scot sounds yummy – even though he has that “waste not want not” mentality down to an art….lol…great that he had no problems with your redesign of the man cave but ick, ick, ick on the dead raccoon….lol….Congratulations to Sandy on the print release of The King’s Mistress!

  4. Hi Marie,
Thanks, and yes, he does have frugality down to an art form. :) June 5th, Exibit B: The Old Vaccumm

lol Sandy, I love your tales from the cave. What a lucky woman to have her own 6’4 1/2 inch Scot.
God bless them and their spendthrift ways. lol I’m off to your site. I love your stories.

  6. Your husband sounds like a gem.I am a reader of your 1st books “in a kilt series”. I haven’t read this one yet but I sure that it will be awesome!

  7. Hi Carol, Thanks for dropping by. Yes, I do believe I’m one lucky woman. Thanks for the kind words about my novels. I hope you enjoy this one.

  8. Hi Suzanne,
I do think he’s a gem, at times in the raw (literally.) Like I said, the man has no sense of moderation. ;)

I can personally tell everyone what a WONDERFUL, THOUGHTFUL person Sandy is.

She called me several days ago to ask how I was coping with a personal tragedy. How many authors would do that? NOT MANY.!!

Interesting to read that Scott ties flies; Matthew did also. He loved all types of fishing; even ICE FISHING.

I received something in the mail today that warmed my heart.

THANK YOU FROM THE BOTTOM OF MY HEART FOR ALL YOUR KIND WORDS, ETC.

  10. You’re most welcome Ruth. You’re an extraordinary woman. Matthew was really an outdoorsman. The Scot hasn’t tried ice fishing as yet, but I’m sure that’s only a temporary oversight. :)

  12. Hi Victoria,
Thanks for taking the time to stop by. If you get a chance to read The King’s Mistress, I hope you enjoy it. It recently received the Single Titles Reveiwers Choice Award in Best historicals.

  13. Have a feeling I’d love your Scot even with the dead racoon. After all, my name is Stewart!!

  14. LOL, Jean. I think you might. He’s sweet and sexy and a bit daft but that’s what you get when you marry a Scot. :) Thanks for dropping by. And don’t forget the contest!
